
Through personal trials and years of experience I have learned how to incorporate yoga, pilates, and massage to enhance your well being. Whether it be to enhance your sports performance to being a stay at home mom, I know how important it is to pay attention to details in my modalities to promote a better way of living. I know from personal experience when you don't have your health, you cannot enjoy life to the fullest. I have also learned with anything in life you have to make it you own. Not to compare or compete with those around you. This is your life and you make what you want out of it.
I bring this perspective into the way I teach and inspire my students/clients to realize the importance of listening to your mind, body, and spirit. I personalize my classes, workout, and massages to meet the needs and wants of my students and clients. I judge my success on the feedback of those I work with to ensure their goals are being met. Life is too short to let others navigate it for you. Take charge of your life through enhancing you state of well being. I look forward to teaching and inspiring you.
